Halibut

Parmesan Cheese Halibut

  • 1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 T butter soften
  • 1 T & 1 1/2 tsp mayo
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 1 T & 1 1/2 tsp chopped onion
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 3 splashes of hot pepper sauce
  • sprinkle panko bread crumbs
  • 1 lb. halibut



Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
  2. Mix all ingredients except for the halibut in a bowl.
  3. Place halibut on baking sheet and spread mixture over halibut.
  4. Then lightly sprinkle panko bread crumbs over the mixture.
  5. Bake 15 minutes and then broil for 2 min.

  1. Mandy, this looks amazing. I can't tell you how much I miss halibut, or how expensive it is in the Lower 48. Hope to be nearer the source soon!
